  • Lead the overall retail business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, customer acquisition, and retention across telecom and emerging digital business verticals.
  • Drive revenue diversification initiatives by scaling adjacent businesses including fintech, devices, home internet, and digital services through an integrated go-to-market approach.
  • Develop and execute future-ready Sales & Distribution ecosystem strategies, including RTM optimization, channel expansion, partner sustainability, and digital distribution transformation.
  • Own end-to-end retail business P&L with strong focus on profitability, margin optimization, cost efficiency, trade spend effectiveness, and ROI-driven investment planning.
  • Establish robust governance, compliance, and operational control frameworks across distribution operations to ensure business sustainability, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead performance management across nationwide sales and distribution teams through data-driven KPI governance, productivity enhancement, and execution excellence.
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen business growth, operational scalability, and customer reach.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, agility, continuous learning, and succession readiness.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduation from any reputed university. MBA preferred.

Job Experience Required

  • 15+ years of experience

Required Capabilities

  • Deep understanding of Bangladesh telecom market dynamics, including subscriber growth, ARPU, data monetization, and evolving digital ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel retail models (distribution houses, exclusive outlets, retail partners, digital-assisted channels)
  • Expertise in trade spending efficiency, incentive design, retail visibility, and partner engagement strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Strong grasp of KPI frameworks, sales productivity metrics, and application of analytics/AI for data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of revenue streams, cost structures, budgeting, and ROI management across telecom and adjacent digital businesses
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory environment governing telecom, distribution, and fintech operations in Bangladesh
