Role Description

This is a contract-based and remote role for a Recorded Video Course Instructor at Layek Academy. The instructor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-quality video course content on specialized topics that align with the curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include creating structured lesson plans, recording video lectures, providing clear and concise explanations, and ensuring content is tailored to suit students’ learning needs. Additional responsibilities may include adapting materials for an online audience and collaborating with the team to enhance training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in one or more specialized areas such as Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Ethical Hacking, Video Editing, Web Development or any other trending AI skills.
• Proficiency in creating effective and engaging video content, experience with instructional design is a plus
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or education is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using video recording and editing software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
