Job Description

ব্র্যাক বিশ্বের সর্ববৃহৎ বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা, যা ১৯৭২ সালে বাংলাদেশে প্রতিষ্ঠা লাভ করে। দারিদ্র্য ও বৈষম্যের মধ্যে বসবাসরত বিশ্বের ১০ কোটিরও বেশি মানুষের পাশে থেকে ব্র্যাক তাদের সম্ভাবনাময় জীবনের সুযোগ সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

ব্র্যাক মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচি দেশজুড়ে ৩,২০০+ শাখার মাধ্যমে প্রায় ১.১৫ কোটি গ্রাহককে আর্থিক অন্তর্ভুক্তি নিশ্চিত করছে, যার মধ্যে ৯০% নারী গ্রাহক।

দায়িত্বসমূহ:

  • মাঠ পর্যায়ে জরিপ পরিচালনা, যোগ্য সদস্য নির্বাচন এবং গ্রাম সংগঠন (VO) গঠন করা।

  • নির্ধারিত সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী দৈনিক ঋণ কিস্তি আদায় ও বকেয়া কিস্তির ফলোআপ করা।

  • ঋণ বিতরণ, লেনদেনের সঠিক রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ, পাসবই যাচাই ও নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।

  • সকল প্রকার গ্রাহকসেবা নিশ্চিত এবং সুরক্ষা নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা।

কর্মস্থল: ব্র্যাক মাঠ কার্যালয়। বাংলাদেশের যে কোন জায়গায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

যে কোন স্বীকৃত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে স্নাতক বা স্নাতকোত্তর/ সমমানের ডিগ্রি। সকল পরীক্ষায় ন্যূনতম ২য় বিভাগ/শ্রেণী অথবা সমমানের জিপিএ/ সিজিপিএ ২.০০ থাকতে হবে।

Benefits & Perks

    বেতন: স্নাতক/ সমমানের ডিগ্রি পাশ সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের জন্য বেতন নির্ধারিত হবে ১৬,০০০ টাকা এবং স্নাতকোত্তর/ সমমানের ডিগ্রি পাশ সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের জন্য বেতন নির্ধারিত হবে ১৯,০০০ টাকা।

    সুবিধাসমূহ: নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী উৎসব ভাতা, মাতৃত্ব/ পিতৃত্বকালীন ছুটি, স্বাস্থ্য ও জীবন বীমা এবং অন্যান্য।

    ক্যারিয়ার: পারফরম্যান্সের উপর ভিত্তি করে এবং সংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী চাকরি নিয়মিত হওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে। চাকরি নিয়মিত করা হলে- মাসিক বেতন হবে স্নাতক/ সমমানের ক্ষেত্রে ২৬,১০৪ টাকা এবং স্নাতকোত্তর/ সমমানের ক্ষেত্রে ৩২,২৮৭ টাকা। এছাড়াও প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্র্যাচুইটি, ইনসেনটিভ, পারফরম্যান্স বোনাস, বেস্ট এ্যাওয়ার্ড, মোটরসাইকেল ভাতা, যাতায়াত ভাতা এবং সংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
