BromleyBee is a UK and Bangladesh joint venture providing world-class daycare and preschool facilities for children aged 6 months to 8 years. We operate within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS UK) framework, focusing on fostering critical thinking, life skills, and decision-making in children. At our Preschool and Daycare, we offer structured free play and a variety of activities to help children discover their interests and explore their abilities. Our goal is to ensure every child gets the best start in their early childhood phase.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, developing the curriculum, and providing early childhood education. Daily tasks include creating a safe and nurturing environment, observing and assessing each child’s progress, and engaging in effective communication with both children and parents.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, and supporting children’s holistic development.
  • Design and implement creative, age-appropriate, and fun educational activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and management to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain strong, supportive relationships with children and ensure clear communication with parents.
  • Observe, record, and report children’s progress or any concerns to the management.


Requirements

  • English medium academic background (O Levels & A Levels preferred).
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in an English medium school.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children.
