Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are achieved within assigned timelines.
Drive commercial egg sales growth by proactively coordinating with customers and distributors.
Analyze customer complaints and provide corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, and marketing) to strengthen relationships.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales and competitor production analysis.
Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth sales operations.
Handle administrative activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Liaise with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve operational issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and develop SOPs for existing functions and systems.
Experience in selling eggs, poultry, fertilizer, pesticide or Medicine (veterinary division) will be an added advantage.
Freshers willing to work on marketing sector will be considered for this position.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Office applications.
Strong selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.
Familiar with the geographical areas of Bangladesh.
