As a specialist for digital production solutions, we support manufacturing companies on their journey to the smart factory from MES and Lean Digital to process monitoring and integrated energy management. With around 50 highly qualified employees across Bangladesh, Germany, South Tyrol, and Turkey, we combine technological innovation with global market reach.
Our Dhaka team is a core part of product development, working directly with European teams and real manufacturing clients.To expand our engineering team, we are looking for a talented developer to join us in Dhaka at the earliest possible date.
Your challenge
As a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer at SCT Bangla Limited, you will work at the intersection of robust backend engineering and modern frontend development building reliable, scalable software used in real manufacturing environments across Europe and beyond.
- Build and scale backend systems using Laravel and PHP
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and optimize complex SQL queries
- Develop modern frontend applications using Angular, RxJS, and state management such as NgRx or similar
- Implement frontend caching and PWA features for responsive user experiences
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Collaborate with QA, product, and international stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions while contributing to implementation under senior guidance
Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)

Requirements
What you bring
- 3–4 years' experience in Laravel and PHP
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and complex queries, indexing
- Strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS
- Experience with Angular, RxJS, and state management (NgRx or equivalent)
- Proficiency in testing — PHPUnit (backend) and Jest / Cypress (frontend) for unit, integration, and E2E tests
- Experience with IndexedDB and frontend caching strategies
- Understanding of software architecture, MVC, and layered design
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid understanding of DSA fundamentals
- Comfortable working in English-speaking environments
