Job Description / Responsibility

Sahaj Mobile is expanding rapidly across EMI, digital sales, and shop operations. Sahaj Mobile is looking for energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our digital marketing team. This position will manage the company’s Facebook page and other social media platforms to generate sales and engage with customers. The person will response to customer queries via calls, Messenger, and comments, monitor social media activity, and maintain timely communication. the person should know how to use Canva or similar tools, follow up with retail shops regarding incentives, and support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company's Facebook page and other social media platforms.
• Generate sales through Facebook and other digital media (Sales target will be assigned).
• Communicate with customers and answer their queries via mobile calls, Messenger, and comments.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up with retail shops and manage incentive-related communication.
• Create promotional posts, banners, and simple marketing creatives using Canva or other design tools.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills Required: Canva, Adobe Illustrator

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Micro-Credit,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Requirements

• Good understanding of Facebook page management and social media marketing.
• Must have basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
• Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented and proactive mindset.
