City Bank Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on, real-world exposure to the banking industry. Our interns are given meaningful responsibilities and the opportunity to work on impactful tasks that contribute to their personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily departmental tasks and projects across functions such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, HR, Finance, Operations, and more
• Conduct data entry, documentation, and basic reporting as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas
• Support in organizing events, preparing presentations, and assisting with communications
• Shadow professionals to understand banking operations and client service practices
• Work collaboratively with teammates and cross-functional departments
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Bank’s policies and ethical standards

Who Can Apply:

• Undergraduate (final year) or postgraduate students from Business, Finance, Economics, HRM, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines
• CGPA must be 3.00 and above
• Must be enrolled in a recognized university or academic institution
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
