Prospect leads and acquire qualified students who are interested in studying abroad and provide strategic guidance to connect them with the right educational institution based on their needs.
Perform a range of outbound sales and account management activities (calls, e-mails, CRM logging, virtual meetings with potential international students every day). Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
Increase brand presence, lead generation, customer acquisition in specified target markets aligned with company objectives.
Manage a portfolio of student accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with clients.
Develop and maintain high levels of customer interaction, conversion, and lead generation.
Develop and implement strategic promotional strategies to publicize Connected services and increase customer acquisition.
Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
Communicate with higher ed institutions on behalf of students.
Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
Work in collaboration with Management & Marketing Team to suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Perform relevant tasks and projects assigned by management.
