Asst. Manager/ Manager, Factory Administration and Operations (Oriental Ecowoods Ltd.)

Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product manufacturer in Bangladesh. Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking an honest, energetic and punctual Asst. Manager/ Manager, Factory Administration and Operations who has at least 7 years practical work experiences in factory environment. Candidates from Door, Boards, Furniture or Plastics company`s are highly encouraged to apply.

·       Responsible for overall factory management and create a healthy and comfortable work environment within the organization.

·       To ensure maximum output by utilizing staff competencies in a professional way.

·       Ensure cleanliness of office and factory premises & Look after safety & security issue of the factory area.

·       Look after & coordinate over all factory operations from production to delivery point.

·       Take charge of resolving various industrial relations, conflicts, and disputes, working towards maintaining a harmonious work environment and manage diverse legal issues when required.

·       Ability to analysis different types of production matrices like production capacity, actual production, gap analysis and taking corrective actions.

·       Ability to implement Kaizen, 5S, 6S method in factory operation.

·       Responsible for necessary logistics support as and when required.

·       Maintain good relationship and must be updated with head office.

·       To ensure the maximum productivity from employee through proper training and guideline.

·       Maintain good relationship with the local bodies, govt. agencies as required.

·       Facing different audits like Kolkarkhana, Fire, Environment, BIDA etc.

·       Answer employees queries about HR & Admin related issues.

• Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
